|Recommended: YesGood but room for improvement — Management is helpfully but can still improve in some areas. Would like to see one office manager for more then 6 months and one in the office all week.
|Recommended: YesGood Place to Live — The rent is too high and the parking situation is awful. Other than that, its a decent place to live. I haven't had any problems.
|Recommended: YesPerfect area to be close to everything — The staff that works for the apartment is very professional and is very prompt when things are needed to be done or questions need to be answered. The only downfall is the parking lot is extremely small and not much parking for guests.
|Recommended: YesThanks for a great year — Wy'East has been an excellent home for us this year. We're sad to leave it behind, but on to another place We've loved getting to know families living around us during this time as everyone has been so courteous. Great amenities that we tended to not use near enough and situated in a great spot close to shopping, doctors and grocery needs. I've dealt with some pretty awful landlords in the past and these guys were great to talk to and always were prompt with sending someone out or returning calls or emails.
My only drawback - Buy a parking space or garage soon to be going up to 95, yikes. for you and your significant other spouse. That's the only headache we had from time to time. Parking can get a bit crazy.

|Recommended: YesSmall knit community... — I like the size of the complex and the friendliness of the staff. The managers and maintenance crew have always been very prompt and knowledgeable whenever I have had questions or concerns regarding my apartment.
|Recommended: YesExcellent complex — Can't hear the neighbors very often. Complex is clean and well kept.
|Recommended: YesThis apartments are great — This apartment and so nice from inside and out there hardly any noise and really peaceful and relax and the pool and spa are so awesome ...really clean neighborhood
