|Recommended: YesAwesome Staff — The grounds are clean. My neighbors are friendly but not loud. I moved here from out of state so I rented the apartment site unseen. While I would love for my rent to be a little lower it is comparable to the area around me and it has all of the amenities I could want. I also work from home so its nice to be able to have a quiet area to work for the most part. There are kids around but they're well behaved and respectful. Its a nice area. The staff were incredibly helpful with my move and accommodated all of my high maintenance questions and emails that I sent. The only thing that I can really gripe about is parking. You have to pay to get a covered spot and, while most of the time there is available uncovered parking, there have been a couple of times that I have had to park really far away from my place or drive around the block hoping someone would leave. I plan to stay here for a while and, overall, I am happy with the place.

WE have 2 cars and have a rented spot and have to park our other car at a family members house at night when we get home because there is not any parking available
