Sometimes it seems as though some smokes on the balcony but every time I smell it I say I'm calling the apt manager and it goes away. not sure which unit it comes from.

Hello, I am the new CM Karen Kalman. I hope this note finds you well! Inherently, apartments do have less buffer over a single residence home structure. I find having a noise cancelling machine helpful particularly in the bedroom for sleeping and it provides a nice white noise and air purifier (to eradicate common air born pollens) too.

So very glad you are enjoying your apartment home here at Wy'East. It is truly a quiet and enjoyable place to reside. You do have the opportunity to park 1 car in assigned parking and have a guest permit for your second vehicle. There is also surplus parking available right next door in the school parking lot to your right of Wy'East.

|Recommended: YesVery safe and quiet. Great field for dogs. — Everyone is polite and respectful, people are quiet too. I like living here a lot better then my last place. The grounds are kept clean, the maintenance guys are good at their jobs and are respectful. My dog loves the huge field and cut grass The only thing I’m not a fan of is some residents have 4 cars and take up spots in the complex even though there is plenty of over flow parking close by in a safe lot. One vehicle per driver would be ideal but other then that this place is awesome and I’m happy to live here.

Last year we were able to make a change in our parking policy that now gives every resident one assigned parking spot in front of their building.
