|Recommended: YesReview — It's a nice place to live. The maintenance crew is quick to fix any problems and the staff is always friendly. It's pretty quiet and feels safe here. The apartments are older and get very cold in the winter and hot in the summer.

Only complaints relates to people who like to drive excess speeds above 10 mph through the parking lot, especially during the early mornings or past midnight.

|Recommended: YesNothing much — Only downside I've found is the team who touched up the walls prior to move in, made messes of the white paint spots all around floors and windowsills. Hard flooring was a bad choice when installed, creates spaces for debris buildup and hard to clean out. Unless you don't mind hand and knees scrubbing the floor.

|Recommended: YesEZ out of state move — Came from Hawaii. Everything else was hard but the people at WyEast made it easy to find a place to rent that you can trust. You get what you pay for. There may be other places cheaper, but you run the risk of getting ripped off.

Nice neighborhood with all the good stores nearby.
Good schools nearby.
Pet friendly.
Secure package area.
Pool Jacuzzi.
Workout room.
Attentive and caring staff that help you out.
